ZDMA 雷电 DMA

Lawful Use Only. ZDMA is a hardware device intended solely for lawful, authorized, and compliant purposes — including technical research, development, testing, debugging, and data analysis. Before purchasing, possessing, installing, or using this product, you are responsible for confirming that your activities comply with the laws and regulations of your country or region, applicable industry standards, platform rules, and any third-party terms of service.

Default Firmware. The ZDMA hardware we sell ships only with default open-source firmware, taken from the ZDMA directory of the open-source PCILeech-FPGA project (github.com/ufrisk/pcileech-fpga/tree/master/ZDMA). This firmware is provided only to let you verify basic hardware functionality on receipt (for example, that the device is recognized, connects, and passes basic checks). It must not be used for any other purpose, including but not limited to unauthorized system access, reading or modifying data, bypassing security or detection mechanisms, damaging systems, infringing privacy or intellectual property, violating game- or software-platform rules, cheating, fraud, attacks, intrusion, or any other unlawful activity.

No Authorization for Misuse. The sale of this product and the provision of default firmware do not constitute authorization, encouragement, assistance, or endorsement of any unlawful, non-compliant, or rights-infringing use. You must not use this product or firmware in any scenario without the explicit authorization of the device owner, system owner, or other relevant rights holder.

Customer Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring your usage environment, target devices, software, network, and related data are all lawfully authorized. You bear sole responsibility for any account bans, service restrictions, device damage, data loss, civil disputes, administrative penalties, criminal liability, or other losses arising from your violation of laws, platform rules, or third-party agreements, or from unauthorized use of this product, firmware, or related tools.

Modifications & Third-Party Software. We are not responsible for any firmware, software, scripts, drivers, configuration files, or third-party tools that you modify, replace, download, compile, flash, or use. You assume full responsibility for all subsequent installation, modification, configuration, and use of this product and for all resulting consequences.

Import / Export & Local Compliance. If your country or region restricts the import, export, possession, sale, or use of DMA devices, security-testing equipment, data-access devices, cryptographic devices, or related technology, you must confirm this and bear the corresponding compliance responsibility before purchasing. You bear sole responsibility for any consequences — product undeliverable, unusable, detained, returned, or otherwise affected — due to local laws, customs policies, regulatory requirements, or third-party platform rules.

Agreement. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that the ZDMA hardware and its default firmware may be used only for lawful, authorized, and compliant testing and research; that the default firmware is intended only for basic hardware-functionality testing on receipt; and that you assume all legal and compliance responsibility arising from the purchase, possession, modification, configuration, or use of this product and any related firmware, software, or tools.
